Sevatec Announces Membership in Amazon Web Services (AWS) Public Sector Partner Program

Recognized by AWS in the Government Category of the AWS Public Sector Partner Program

Fairfax, Virginia, January 9, 2017:  Sevatec is pleased to announce that it has extended its existing relationship with Amazon Web Services (AWS) with membership in the new AWS Public Sector Partner Program in the Government category.

The AWS Public Sector Partner Program recognizes companies with a strong overall AWS practice, and demonstrates their experience and readiness to support government, education, and/or non-profit customer missions. Sevatec’s acceptance into the program indicates their commitment to providing current and future federal government customers with Cloud architecture, development, and migration services through AWS.

“Sevatec is not just a system integrator when it comes to AWS,” said Tanusree McCabe, Sevatec Senior Solutions Architect. “We exemplify AWS’ focus on ‘customers first’. Through our innovation and talent, we know how to migrate into AWS in a simplified, secure, and streamlined manner.”

Sevatec engineering teams are currently utilizing their insight and expertise on several projects for the government supporting AWS, particularly in the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), including components such as the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). These initiatives encompass managing environments and using DevOps built on AWS, migrating technology, and leading Big Data and AWS pilot programs.
