Our Hiring Process

Our recruiters will walk you through our hiring process step-by-step. Here’s what you can expect:

    Apply

    Let us know which of our open positions you’re interested in. It’s easy to apply from your computer, tablet, or mobile device.

  • Complete a Phone Interview

    If your skillset looks like a good fit for our team, you can expect a call from one of our recruiters. We understand your need for discretion and privacy and use text messaging whenever possible.

     

  •  

    Take a Challenge

    Whether it’s technical writing or code development, our assessments take 30 minutes or less to complete and helps us find the best of the best. Are you up for the challenge?

  • In Person Interview

    We’ll arrange a time for you to come on-site and meet with the appropriate team members to learn details of the job requirements. Live outside the Washington metro area? No problem! We can also provide interviews via Skype or Microsoft Teams.

     

  •  

    Offer Extended

    Qualified applicants will be extended a formal offer to join the Sevatec team. Interested in obtaining a clearance? Many of our programs require a government clearance so you’ll get an opportunity to obtain a sought-after clearance and work on solving mission critical problems. We engage our Facility Security Officer early in the process to assist you in completing the required paperwork and expedite the process.

  • Onboarding

    To ensure your transition is exceptionally smooth, during orientation you will meet the executive team, learn more about Sevatec work and culture, and review and select benefits. Our goal is to make this the best experience of your professional career!
