We’re a social bunch, and we like to get to know our colleagues through office-wide initiatives such as health and fitness challenges, fantasy sports contests, and office potlucks and cookouts. We also hold annual events throughout the seasons, so you have a chance to let loose and mingle with members from other teams – think summer BBQs, sports outings, team lunches/happy hours, all-hands meetings, and themed winter dance parties. Serve

Sevatec was founded on the concept of service, or Seva – which means ‘Serving a Greater Purpose’. Since our inception, philanthropy and community service has been a hallmark of Sevatec’s culture – a culture that promotes the giving of the three “T’s” – time, talent and treasure. In April of 2016, we launched SevaTruck, a registered non-profit food truck that now serves about 2,000 meals every week to Title 1 schools, community centers, veterans organizations, and places of worship across the DMV. Since COVID 19, SevaTruck has served about 500 meals every day. Our continued commitment to important causes has consistently recognized Sevatec as one of the most philanthropic companies in the Washington area, by the Washington Business Journal.
