Welcome to the Sevatec Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Government Online Learning Center (GoLearn) Webpage. The Government Online Learning Center (GoLearn) is part of the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and its mission is to provide the full spectrum of web-based human capital performance (e-HCP) tools, and the full range of web-based training content, including academic, technical, executive and organizational development courses to any government employee or industry partner in any media at any time. The ordering community for the GoLearn contract includes any federal or state agency that enters into agreements with the OPM E-Training Initiative and GoLearn program.
The purpose of the GoLearn contract is to obtain online training services, web-based Human Capital Performance tools, educational instruction and the supporting technology and services needed to enable government employees to achieve training and educational goals.

The GoLearn contract’s specialized technical areas are intended to provide services for various types of e-learning and e-learning support activities, including training, certification and degrees, and reporting, as well as the operational maintenance support areas processes and activities which support them.
